"Just received the bag a few days ago.
Your website pictures, though excellent, simply do not do justice to the
quality and attention to detail that went into crafting this bag. My
expectations were high, but they were nonetheless exceeded. I will be
ordering another larger bag in the near future.
Thanks for that rarity of rarities in today's trend toward planned
obsolescence - a product that will last, and last and last, maintain its
quality - and look good doing it.
